"Going
to Oaxaca last summer was one of the coolest things I have ever been involved
with. I was blown away by how well set up everything was. GFM trains both short
and long term missionaries by bringing them in to help reach out to the villages.
Both the summer staff and each team is extremely well prepared before they head
out to the villages with both a good and powerful overview of the Gospel and
also local culture. It was while I was there this summer that God called me
to full time missions. The friends I made there are definitely some of the coolest
people I have ever met, and the inspiration for missions was awesome. I definitely
recommend this to anyone who is questioning what their involvement in missions
should be. This is an ideal introduction into what real missions is and very
